Refund policy

All sales are final.  We accept returns or exchanges if the incorrect item was shipped to you.

Refunds and Exchanges:  To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, you must first email within 48 hours of the order date.  Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out.  If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Most products we carry come with a warranty from the manufacturer, please keep your receipt and all other relative information regarding your product (box, proof of purchase, etc.). 

Any glass item does not come with a warranty unless you pay insurance for it.
