Free Shipping has some restrictions, it is only available for light weight packages. For example big pieces like "Yougo Boro tubes" cannot ship for free due to size and weight.  

Orders paid through Paypal MUST have the same shipping address as your Paypal payment, all orders MUST be shipped to the address on your Paypal payment!
